Ingredients

2 tbsp curry powder
Coriander
2 apples
1 chicken stock cube
8 chicken fillets
Cardamom
2 tbsp olive oil
2 onions
1 small can of curry paste

Crumble topping
200 g flour
160 g soft salted butter
30 g brown sugar
120 g shredded coconut

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Slice the onions and fry them in olive oil with the diced apples.
  3. Once caramelized, add the fillets thinly chopped and the spices.
  4. Add the chicken stock. Simmer for 20 min.
  5. Remove from the heat and add the chopped coriander.
  6. For the crumble topping, combine all the ingredients with fingertips to obtain a grainy texture.
  7. Pour the curry into a buttered dish, cover with the crumble topping. Heat in the oven for 30 min.
