Ingredients

½ cauliflower
7 shallots
2 vegetable stock cubes
25 cl thickened cream

Instructions

  1. Cut the cauliflower florets and peel the shallots.
  2. Cook cauliflower and shallots in boiling salted water with vegetable stocks for at least 20 min.
  3. Blend the whole mixture, including water. Add the thickened cream.
  4. Serve cold or at room temperature
