Ingredients

500 g carrots
150 g Ricotta cheese
2 eggs
1 tbsp grated cheese

Instructions

  1. Wash and peel the carrots. Cook them for 20 min in boiling salted water.
  2. Preheat the oven to 160-180°C.
  3. Blend the carrots; add the Ricotta, beaten eggs and grated cheese.
  4. Butter 4 ramekins. Heat in the oven, in a bain-marie, for 20 min.
