Ingredients

1 green capsicum
1 yellow capsicum
1 red capsicum
200 g Ricotta cheese
3 eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  2. Cook the capsicums for 20 min. Right after, place them in a plastic bag. Once cooled down, peel and seed them. Cut half in cubes and slice the other half.
  3. Mix together the Ricotta, eggs and cubes of capsicum.
  4. In a cake mould, line capsicum slices and pour in the Ricotta mixture.
  5. Cook for 30 min in a bain-marie in the oven.
  6. Let cool down before serving.

Tips

You can add Parma ham to the ricotta mixture.
