Ingredients

25 cl milk
2 tbsp vanilla essenc,e
30 g butter
1 egg
1 egg yolk
70 g flour
110 g sugar

Instructions

  1. Heat the milk, vanilla and butter. When starting to boil, remove from the heat and keep this mixture under cover.
  2. Mix the egg and the egg yolk and then add the flour and sugar. Mix again.
  3. Incorporate the first mixture into the second, and mix well.
  4. Grease the moulds with butter and pour the mixture in.
  5. Bake for 10 min at 250°C, then for 50 min at 180°C.
