Ingredients

1 roasted chicken
8 anchovies
1 romaine salad
110 g Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp capers
½ lemon juice
1 tbsp olive oil
1 garlic clove
Tabasco sauce
1 egg
4 tbsp croutons
(can be made with stale bread)

Instructions

  1. Remove the chicken skin and cut into cubes.
  2. Slice the salad in 1 cm wide strips.
  3. Rub bread (for croutons) with garlic.
  4. Finely chop the capers. Mix them with olive oil, lemon juice, 80 g grated Parmesan and a few Tabasco drops.
  5. Pour the sauce over chicken and salad, mix well and refrigerate.
  6. When ready to serve, add the raw egg and mix well.
    Decorate with shaved Parmesan on top.

Tips

you do not need to make the sauce: Worcestershire sauce and add Parmesan.
