Ingredients

4 fish fillets 150 g each (cream snapper or cod)
1 onion
1 green capsicum
Olive oil
Lemon slices

Marinade:
2 tbsp saké
1 tsp soya sauce
Ginger

Instructions

  1. Peel and grate a slice or two of ginger. Press the grated pieces in a bowl to squeeze out the juice.
  2. Make the marinade by combining the sake, the soya sauce and 1 tsp of ginger juice.
  3. Marinate the fish fillets for 10 min. Set aside the marinade .
  4. Preheat the oven to 160°C.
  5. Brush each fish with oil and put slices of onion and capsicum on top, then add some marinade.
  6. In a large baking dish, place each fillet in the middle of an aluminum foil square.
  7. Close the packet by bringing the 2 sides of foil above the fish and fold up ends.
  8. Bake in oven for 20 min.
  9. Garnish with one lemon slice and serve with rice.
