Ingredients

200 g flour
150 g pitted green olives
1 packet baking powder
10 cl warm milk
3 eggs
200 g bacon bits
1 pinch of salt
10 cl oil
Ground pepper
100 g grated Gruyere cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C
  2. Boil some water and cook the bacon bits for 2 min.
  3. Drain the bacon then fry until golden, without oil.
  4. In a bowl, add the flour, baking powder, eggs, salt, pepper and oil. Mix well.
  5. Add the warm milk, grated cheese, pitted olives and bacon bits.
  6. Grease a baking tin and pour in the mixture.
  7. Bake for 45 min, covering with foil after 20 min if the top gets too brown
  8. Let it cool in the tin, serve warm or cold.
