Ingredients

2 granny smith apples
2 goat cheese logs
A few lettuce leaves
French dressing p 32

Instructions

  1. Peel and seed the apples.
  2. Cut the apple in 1 cm thick slices and place the slices on a baking tray. Put a slice of goat cheese on each slice of apple.
  3. Before serving, place under the oven grill for 5 min. It's ready when cheese is melted and crunchy on top.
  4. Garnish a serving tray with lettuce and dressing and put the fondants on top.
