Ingredients

130 g icing sugar
4 egg whites
50 g flour
70 g butter
50 g ground almonds
1 capful of rum
48 raspberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat t he oven to 180°C.
  2. In a saucepan, melt the butter and allow to cool.
  3. In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, and ground almonds.
  4. Add the egg whites (do not beat them), and mix well until the dough becomes smooth and homogeneous.
  5. Add the butter. Mix and add the rum.
  6. Fill each tin to ¾, and place a raspberry in the middle.
  7. Bake for 20 min.
