Prepared as whole anchovy fillets and matured in brine before packing, these preserved fish can be used directly in a wide range of savoury preparations. Add the fillets whole or chopped to pasta dishes, pizzas, salads, sauces, dressings, and appetisers, or incorporate them into recipes where anchovies are used as a seasoning ingredient. The easy-open tin is suitable for kitchen and food-service use, with a drained weight of 318g available from the 600g pack. Refrigerate the remaining product after opening.
