How To Use

Bring prawn noodle soup paste with water or stock, pork ribs and shallots to boil then simmer 10 minutes. Cook prawns in stock for 6–8 minutes. Blanch bean sprouts and morning glory and place in serving bowl. Blanch yellow noodles for 2 minutes and place in bowl. Top with prawns and pork ribs and pour over soup base. Garnish with deep fried shallots.
