How To Use

Cut meat into 1cm thick chunks or skewers. Add Chef Justin's Satay Marinade and marinate in fridge for 3–24 hours. Preheat oven (grill mode) to 240°C. Grill meat for 4–5 minutes brushing with oil periodically. Remove from grill and rest 2–4 minutes before serving.
