Each strip is approximately 23 mm wide and can be used to create ribbons, decorative borders, bows and box sides. How To Use

Roll out the gum paste to the required thickness and lightly dust the work surface with corn starch. Position the strip cutter over the paste and press down to cut the strips, then lift and repeat as required.
