White Sandwich Bread | 2 slices | Jacquet Plain White Bread 450g (#114920)

Quality Ham | 3 slices | Sliced Honey Baked Ham 180g (#123116)

Emmental Cheese | 2 slices | Emmental Cheese Natural Slices 200g (#67996)

Mozzarella Cheese | 1 slice | Organic Mozzarella Cheese 125g (#116235)

Butter | 1 tbsp | Available in Dairy section

Spread butter on both bread slices.
On the first slice, layer: ham, Emmental cheese, ham, then Mozzarella.
Top with second bread slice.
Pan-fry over medium heat for 3-4 minutes per side until golden and cheese melts.
Cool slightly and wrap in foil for lunch box transport.
