Ingredients

300 g thinly slices of beef
Dark soya sauce
3 packets of dry Chinese noodles (preferably beef flavor)

Instructions

  1. Bring water to a boil in a saucepan.
  2. In a bowl, prepare the dry Chinese noodles: pour over the hot water and soak for a few min according to the packet instructions.
  3. Fry the beef slices in a pan and pour the soya sauce over them.
  4. Place the noodles on a plate (keep the stock in the
    bowl).
  5. Display the noodles, beef and soya sauce on a serving dish.
