The PME Closed Vee Crimper Plain Edge set contains two stainless steel crimpers for creating decorative patterns and embossed edges on sugarpaste and almond paste. The plain-edge V profile produces a clean, repeated design when pressed into freshly rolled or moulded paste. An adjustable O-ring helps control the width of the pattern, with the two crimpers measuring 13 mm and 19 mm. They are suitable for adding borders, trims and other decorative details to celebration cakes and confectionery.

How To Use

Move the O-ring along the crimper to select the required pattern width, then press the crimper into the paste and gently squeeze the handles together. Release the pressure and remove the crimper to reveal the embossed pattern.
