Spéciales de Claire oysters from the Marennes-Oléron region of France are suitable for seafood platters and special-occasion meals. This pack contains 48 oysters, making it suitable for larger gatherings and shared dining. Serve them chilled on crushed ice, carefully opened to retain their natural juices, with lemon or shallot vinaigrette. They can also be grilled with garlic and parsley butter or served alongside other shellfish on a seafood platter.
