This pack contains 24 oysters for sharing or serving as a seafood starter. Serve them chilled on crushed ice with lemon wedges, mignonette sauce or hot sauce, opening them shortly before serving. They can also be briefly grilled with garlic-herb butter or baked with spinach, breadcrumbs and Parmesan for a cooked preparation.
