Redman Dark Chocolate Brown Colour Liquid is a concentrated liquid food colour used to give confectionery and baked goods a dark chocolate-brown appearance. It is suitable for applications such as soft drinks, jelly, cakes and other food preparations where brown colouring is required. The formulation contains water, permitted food colours, citric acid and a permitted preservative. It is supplied in a 500 ml bottle for convenient use in bakery and confectionery production.
