Made from strawberries that are freeze-dried and milled, this fruit powder can be incorporated into baking, desserts, beverages, and other food preparations. Its powdered form can be mixed into cake and biscuit batters, buttercream, icing, mousse, yoghurt, or smoothie mixtures where a fruit powder is appropriate. It can also be incorporated into pastry fillings or dessert components when a dry strawberry ingredient is preferred over whole fruit. The dry, milled format can be measured directly into recipes without preparing or puréeing whole strawberries. Keep the pouch sealed between uses and refrigerate after opening.
