The powder is made from 100% plum with no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives. It can be added directly to recipes when an intense plum flavour and natural colour are desired, without needing to reconstitute the fruit first. Use it in desserts, baking, fillings, icings, sauces or other culinary preparations where plum is part of the recipe.
