How To Use

To use the Love & Green Organic Cotton Tampon with applicator, first wash your hands thoroughly. Open the wrapper and hold the applicator at the grip area. Gently insert the tampon applicator into your vagina at an angle towards your lower back. Push the inner tube of the applicator until it's fully inside the outer tube, releasing the tampon. Then, gently remove the applicator, leaving the tampon string hanging down for future removal. Use these tampons during your period, changing every 4-8 hours or as needed based on your flow.
