Nett Normal ProComfort Tampons are easy to use. Start by washing your hands. Then, unwrap the tampon. Hold the applicator with your thumb and middle finger just below the ridged area. Following this, insert the tampon applicator tip into your vagina at a 45-degree angle. Then push the inner tube of the applicator all the way into the outer tube. Pull out the applicator and dispose of it properly. Remember to change your tampon every 4 to 8 hours.
