These fruit-based toasts are specially prepared to accompany foie gras and can be served as part of an aperitif or appetizer selection. Each 100 g pack contains approximately 25 pieces.

Foie Gras and Fig Toasts – Place a small slice of foie gras on each fig toast. Finish with a little fig jam or fleur de sel and serve as an appetizer.

Ingredients

Wheat flour, dried figs 14% (figs 13%, rice flour), raisins, sugar, baking yeast, butter, salt.

How To Use

Ready to serve. Place foie gras on the toasts and optionally finish with a little fleur de sel or fig jam. Store away from light in a cool, dry place. Consume within 3 days after opening.
