Our Unbleached Bread Flour is a product of Germany and is halal-certified.

Our unbleached flour undergoes the natural aging process after being milled, giving it an off-white colour, which continues to dull as it ages.

Bread flour contains a higher amount of protein (12.8*-13.8%) as compared to all-purpose flour, which results in a chewy and airy texture when baked.

It often replaces all-purpose flour as the main ingredient in baking. It is, however, important to note that it can only be used specifically for the baking of breads or buns.

It is packed in a ISO22000 certified facility. How to useBread flour is recommended for bread recipes only. Some examples include banana bread and pandan flavoured bread.
