GREEN PEPPER MUSTARD: Water, mustard seeds, vinegar, salt, green pepper (3%), antioxidant: potassium disulphite, acidifying agent: citric acid, turmeric. CASSY MUSTARD: Water, mustard seeds, white wine 16% (with sulphites), vinegar, Dijon blackcurrant cream (blackcurrant, sugar, alcohol, water) (5.4%), salt, natural blackcurrant flavouring, mustard teguments (sulphites), sugar, colouring: cochineal carmine.
