Welcome to Le Petit Depot! We do our best to answer you as soon as possible, but first of all don't hesitate to consult our FAQ, you will probably find the answer to your problem.
Delivery
How do I choose my delivery range?
We deliver every day, even on Sundays and most public holidays. You can select your delivery day using the calendar after confirming your basket. Simply confirm the default delivery range displayed or choose another date. The slots can be booked one week in advance.
2h time slot?
On the morning of your delivery, you will receive a text message indicating the reduced time slot of 2 hours within the time slot you chose when you placed your order.
What happens if the deliveryman comes by while I'm away?
In your absence, our delivery man will try to contact you by telephone to agree with you on the follow-up to be given to your delivery.
Between now and the re-delivery, your parcel will be kept carefully. This service is free of charge. For the sake of our delivery staff, we thank you for being present during the chosen time slot and for using this re-delivery service only in the event of major unforeseen circumstances.
How do I change my delivery address?
When an order is confirmed, the delivery address can be changed up to the day before (before 6.30 pm) of the initially planned delivery date but only if you contact us directly

How can I change the delivery date when the order is confirmed?
When an order is confirmed, the day of delivery may be changed up to the day before (before 6.30 pm) the originally scheduled delivery date. Simply contact us

On the morning of the delivery day itself, how can I schedule a re-delivery at a later date?

The delivery will be rescheduled, and your package carefully kept until the re-delivery.
How is the contribution to delivery costs calculated?
Le Petit Depot has chosen to deliver only in refrigerated trucks to ensure optimal service in terms of respect for the cold chain. This method of delivery has a high cost despite which we are offering free delivery from $100 of purchase. Below this purchase amount we only charge $8 to our customers (which is less than the cost of a taxi to go shopping;).
This minimum amount does not include mineral water and bulky products marked with the picto.

Can I make changes to an already validated order?
We are studying this functionality to implement it as soon as possible. While waiting for its implementation, please send us an email and we will be happy to help you.
Can I cancel an already validated order?
For technical reasons, it will not be possible for you to cancel an already validated order online. Do not hesitate to send us an email and we will be happy to help you.
How far in advance can I order?
We deliver products up to 7 days after your order has been placed.
Should this not be enough time, simply send us an e-mail to sales@lepetitdepot.com and we will be happy to anticipate your supply for you.
Tell me more about expiry dates?
Use-by dates are indicated on the product sheets. They are indicative in particular for fruits and vegetables which by nature do not have one. We can only advise you to check them before buying.
For products on special offer, we will alert you before the end of your order if your delivery date is later than the product's validity date.
If you receive a product whose date difference is problematic, please do not hesitate to contact us so that we can find a suitable solution.
You will sometimes receive products with a longer validity date than the one indicated on the product, when we are able to do so !
Promotions, vouchers, payment
My coupon code does not work

- Check that it meets the criteria (new members only, minimum order amount, one-off use, expiry date...)

I am a partner member, how can I benefit from an advantage?
To take advantage of this, we invite you to contact the association or group that will send you the link to access the privileged area of the site.
All you need to do is identify yourself using this link. You will then be registered as a partner member and will be able to benefit from the discounts offered on certain products.

When and how do I change my personal information?
In some cases, you may need to change your personal information, especially if you move to a new house or if you wish to have your order delivered to a different address than your home address. For the moment we do not offer the management of a delivery address book. To avoid any mistakes, we invite you not to make these changes if you have a scheduled delivery. After your delivery, please make sure to give your usual address if you have made a punctual delivery to another place.
In any case, when you validate your order, we will remind you of this information so that you can confirm it.

I would like to redo an identical order?
If you wish to take over your entire order, simply log in to your account, then click on
History
, "view" and "add to cart". You can then modify it at your convenience.
Can I save my order and finish it later?
You can start to fill your basket even if you have not logged in with your email address. If you do not complete your order during this session, you can save your basket by pressing the "Save my basket" button at the top of the basket and after you have logged in. This basket will be kept for 3 months and you will find it in the "Your previous orders" section, saved in your account under the mention "In progress".
I can't validate my order
When you have finished filling your basket and you are ready to validate your order, you will need to read and accept our general terms and conditions of sale by ticking the box provided for this purpose at the bottom of your basket. Then you will be able to click on the "I confirm my order" button.
We ask you to check the information you provided when you registered, in particular the delivery address, before confirming the order.
You will then be redirected to Braintree's secure environment where you will be able to make your payment with complete peace of mind.
A confirmation email will then be automatically sent to you with details of the products ordered.
Cold chain
What guarantee is there that the cold chain will be respected?
In a climate like Singapore's, the cold chain is a challenge as difficult as it is essential. At the Petit Depot, all products are delivered in refrigerated trucks and we believe that this is the only way to ensure a reliable and serious service.
We have deliberately made this choice of quality from the start, which has allowed us to test the operation over the long term and to make many improvements in the delivery of frozen foods: coolers, ice packs, order preparation in cold storage at -20°C, temperature tracking programme...
Frozen foods are transported from one end to the other according to very precise procedures in which our employees are duly trained.
The fresh products, on the other hand, are placed in coolers and isothermal boxes to keep them cool.
Thanks to all these measures, you can be confident that you can be delivered with confidence. Should you nevertheless notice a defect, we invite you to let us know because we undertake to deliver again immediately.

Recycling, eco’move, reduce waste
Can I return my boxes and packaging to the deliveryman?
Yes, do not hesitate to fold your boxes and packaging and give them to the delivery man the next time he comes by. For reasons of hygiene, we reuse them for purposes other than home delivery when their condition allows and, if necessary, we have them recycled.
