When and how do I change my personal information?
In some cases, you may need to change your personal information, especially if you move to a new house or if you wish to have your order delivered to a different address than your home address. For the moment we do not offer the management of a delivery address book. To avoid any mistakes, we invite you not to make these changes if you have a scheduled delivery. After your delivery, please make sure to give your usual address if you have made a punctual delivery to another place.
In any case, when you validate your order, we will remind you of this information so that you can confirm it.

I would like to redo an identical order?
If you wish to take over your entire order, simply log in to your account, then click on
History
, "view" and "add to cart". You can then modify it at your convenience.
Can I save my order and finish it later?
You can start to fill your basket even if you have not logged in with your email address. If you do not complete your order during this session, you can save your basket by pressing the "Save my basket" button at the top of the basket and after you have logged in. This basket will be kept for 3 months and you will find it in the "Your previous orders" section, saved in your account under the mention "In progress".
I can't validate my order
When you have finished filling your basket and you are ready to validate your order, you will need to read and accept our general terms and conditions of sale by ticking the box provided for this purpose at the bottom of your basket. Then you will be able to click on the "I confirm my order" button.
We ask you to check the information you provided when you registered, in particular the delivery address, before confirming the order.
You will then be redirected to Braintree's secure environment where you will be able to make your payment with complete peace of mind.
A confirmation email will then be automatically sent to you with details of the products ordered.
